4. How you will get your cashback claim
You will receive it via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the bank account you entered on the cashback form.

5. Check Cashback Claim status
NOTE: The cashback process takes 28 business days, starting from the date you submitted the cashback form.

Enter the e-mail address you used in filing the cashback.
Type the Ticket ID you see on the email you received after filing the cashback.

6. When is the deadline of the claim?
Claims can only be made within the period specified by the terms and conditions of this promotion, 30 days from the date of purchase
on the order confirmation email.
